OUR TEAM

CORPORATION ÉVÉNEMENTS D’ÉTÉ DE QUÉBEC

The Corporation d'événements d'été de Québec is a non-profit organization (NPO) that has been supervising the organization of the UCI mountain bike events at Mont-Sainte-Anne for over 30 years, since the first edition. Our goal is to provide Canadian athletes with the opportunity to compete at the highest level and to develop and maintain world-class facilities for local elite, developing athletes, coaches, and officials. We also strive to promote mountain biking among a diverse range of people through our involvement in organizing UCI World Cups and Championships.

The 2023 edition of the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup at Mont-Sainte-Anne is a transition year for our organization as we take over the management of the event. The Vélirium Festival will be replaced by the Mont-Sainte-Anne UCI MTB World Cup under a new organizational structure. Our vision is to make the Mont-Sainte-Anne UCI World Cup a reflection of the strong enthusiasm and commitment of the regional mountain biking community. We aim to showcase our destination on the world stage and ensure the sustainability of this international competition.
